Yeukai Nadine Chigonda, a graduate of the Women’s University in Africa with a degree in Social Work, has extensive experience supporting youths struggling with drug and substance abuse, guiding them through their recovery journey.As a social worker, she recognize the importance of empathy and non-judgmental understanding.Currently, as a Community Improvement Officer at PEP Africa, Yeukai collaborates with communities to identify and address challenges hindering their progress, developing effective solutions to achieve their goals, aspirations and also driving community-led initiatives to promote sustainable development.

Ultimately, her goal as a social worker is to empower others to reach their full potential. She believes in the inherent strength and resilience of individuals, families, and communities and she’s honored to be a part of their journey towards healing, growth, and social change.
