Ms. Rachael Nwaoha holds an MBA in Business Administration from the London School of Business and Finance. She has strong organizational skills and is a good communicator. She collaborates with teams on large and complex endeavors. Her dedication to empowering women and girls is evident through her skincare brand, Roush Skin, which serves as a vital support system for underprivileged and underrepresented girls in Nigeria and Ghana. Through WGCDEI, she has facilitated education for over 200 children, supported 100 businesswomen, and administered Hepatitis vaccines to thousands in underserved communities.  She is a dedicated team player, always willing to share her knowledge and expertise with others, and is committed to continuous learning and professional development.
