Mbuh Yvette Bih pursued her early education at Presbyterian High School Mankon Bamenda, where she obtained her GCE Advanced Level in 2009. Her passion for healthcare and serving others led her to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, equipping her with the knowledge and skills to care for individuals in various settings.

Career & Achievements

With a strong dedication to health and well-being, Yvette embarked on a career as an Occupational Nurse. She worked at Ruby Dust Trading 1043 from 2015 to 2023, where she gained extensive experience in workplace health, employee wellness, and occupational safety.

In 2023, she took on a leadership role as the Managing Director of Bih Favour Enterprise (Pty) Ltd. Through this venture, she has demonstrated strong management skills and a passion for entrepreneurship, overseeing business operations and contributing to growth and innovation.

Beyond her professional roles, she is also actively involved in PEP South Africa, where she serves as a representative, showcasing her dedication to community development and corporate engagement.

Personal Life & Interests

Outside of her professional life, Yvette has a deep love for taking care of people, which aligns with her career in nursing and leadership. She is also passionate about reading and traveling, both of which enrich her perspective and knowledge.

Her involvement in community service and corporate social responsibility highlights her commitment to making a difference beyond her workplace.

Challenges Overcome & Inspiring Life Events

Like many professionals in the healthcare field, Yvette has faced challenges such as the demanding nature of nursing, balancing healthcare responsibilities with management duties, and transitioning from a medical role to a business leadership position. Despite these obstacles, she has successfully navigated her career path, proving her adaptability and resilience.

One of her most inspiring achievements is her ability to combine healthcare and business, leading both with compassion and efficiency. She has also broken barriers as a female leader, demonstrating strength in traditionally male-dominated industries.

Future Goals & Aspirations

Yvette aspires to expand Bih Favour Enterprise (Pty) Ltd, making it a recognized brand in its industry while also continuing to advocate for employee health and well-being. She hopes to contribute to healthcare policy improvements, ensuring better conditions for occupational nurses and workers in various industries.

On a personal level, she seeks to engage in more philanthropic initiatives, possibly launching a health and wellness foundation aimed at empowering young nurses and providing support to underprivileged communities.
