Throughout his academic journey, Arnold excelled as a leader, earning numerous honours and awards, including induction into the prestigious Renaissance Scholars Honors Program and Phi Theta Kappa international honours society. He was also a regular presence on the Dean’s List and was recognized with the English and Reading Department Award for Composition, showcasing his ability to communicate effectively and inspire others.

Arnold’s leadership roles have had a profound impact on his peers, faculty, and the broader community. As President of the Montgomery College Honors Association and the Renaissance Scholars Society, Arnold coordinated initiatives that fostered collaboration, mentorship, and academic growth. Under his leadership, these organizations organized events that not only supported student development but also strengthened connections between students, faculty, and the community.

In his role as Vice President of the American Chemistry Society Student Chapter, Arnold worked closely with faculty to enhance student engagement in science, leading events that encouraged active participation in STEM fields.
