We are uniquely positioned globally and regionally in Africa to achieve our mission.

PEP Africa’s footprint is expanding rapidly, with a current presence in over 37 countries and 3 continents we serve. Each country has a dedicated team of 12 volunteers responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating, and leading operations at the country level.

The countries are carefully selected based on the needs of the youth and are relevant to PEP Africa’s mission. All the Country Team Leads are home-based and speak the local languages, facilitating seamless communication with our target groups, partners, beneficiaries, and communities. The selection is deliberate, considering the community history, geo-location, socio-economic situation, and how it disproportionately affects young people and makes them vulnerable.

Our focus has been on Africa, America, Canada, and Europe.  We identify small districts densely populated with young people of the lower strata in each country.
