Scholar Maloke is a senior journalist with over two decades of experience in the print as well as audiovisual media landscape. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Buea. Scholar presently works with the State Media, the Cameroon Radio Television Corporation (CRTV). Throughout her years in journalism reporting, she has covered issues on the environment and nature protection, especially the impact of climate change. She is also interested in health reporting, produced and presented a health program dubbed Health Watch on one of the radio stations where she worked in 2014 to 2015 in Buea. Out of her journalism work, Scholar is involved in advocacy and is the regional coordinator of the Cameroon Association of Media Professionals for the littoral region. She has been a member of PeP Africa since the early 2000 and participated in many of its activities. She is a team leader.
